Ongauge offers same-day shipping on eligible in-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM EST.

Same-Day Shipping Applies When:

The item is marked as in stock.
The order is placed before 1:00 PM EST.
The order is shipping within the U.S. lower 48 states.
Payment is successfully processed before the cutoff time.
No special handling, custom documentation, or freight coordination is required.

Same-Day Shipping Does Not Apply To:

Custom orders or special-order materials.
Non-stock or factory-direct shipments.
Large volume or freight shipments requiring coordination.
Orders requiring export documentation or special handling.

Orders Placed After 1:00 PM EST

Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST may ship the next business day, depending on carrier pickup times, order volume, and material availability.

Cut-to-Length and Large Orders

Many wire and cable products can be cut to length. Larger cut orders, freight shipments, or orders requiring additional preparation may need extra processing time.
