Do your products meet industry standards like UL or RoHS?
Yes — as applicable per product. Specific certifications (UL, CSA, RoHS, and others) are listed on each product's datasheet or specification page. If you need a specific certification, mention it in your quote request.

Do you offer cut-to-length service?
Yes. Many of our products can be cut to a specific length. If you need a specific cut-to-length quantity that isn't offered on the product page, request a quote with the cable and footage.
Is there a minimum order?
Most in-stock items on our catalog have no minimum. For bulk orders and special orders, minimums depend on the product — we'll confirm any applicable minimum with your quote.
Do you offer bulk or volume discounts?

Shipping & Delivery
How fast do you ship?
In-stock orders typically ship the same business day when placed during business hours. Bulk and special orders ship on a schedule confirmed with your quote.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on in-stock orders over $1,000 to the lower 48 states. Free shipping does not apply to custom or special orders.
Do you ship outside the US?
We ship within the United States only.
How is cable packaged?
Cables ship on spools, reels, or in coils depending on the product, length, and put-up. Packaging is chosen to protect the cable in transit.

Can you do custom orders?
